AWASEは、日本の「合う」という美意識に由来する、抹茶ブランドです。私たちの抹茶は、単一品種ではありません、異なる茶葉の香り、甘さ、渋み、泡立ちなどのすべてが、呼吸し合うよう設計され繊細に調和します。ブレンドであることは、完璧ではなく関係性の美を選ぶという意志であり、そしてオーガニックであることは、自然と響き合うための姿勢です。点てるという行為の中に、想像力を。飲むという習慣の中に、安らぎと出会う。これは「合う」ことから生まれた、日常と儀式が交わる静かな一服の提案です。
AWASE is a matcha brand rooted in the Japanese aesthetic concept of “Au” (合う), meaning harmony and compatibility. Our matcha is not made from a single cultivar. The aromas, sweetness, bitterness, and frothing qualities of different tea leaves are carefully designed to complement one another, creating a delicate harmony as if they were breathing together. Being a blend reflects a choice to embrace the beauty of relationships rather than the pursuit of perfection. Likewise, being organic represents a commitment to living in harmony with nature. Imagination in the act of preparing matcha. Tranquility in the habit of drinking it. This is a proposal for a quiet moment of relaxation, born from the idea of “Au” where everyday life and ritual gently intersect.
